Shipping Policy
Production Time
All items are made to order. Please allow 5-10 business days for production before your order ships. During holidays or sales, production times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time
United States only: 5-10 business days after production
No international shipping is supported at this time.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on postal delays or customs processing.
Shipping Costs
Order Value Based Shipping:
Under $35 = $7
Over $35 = free shipping (Domestic USA only)
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot reroute packages once they have shipped, and we are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows no updates for:
10 business days (U.S.),
contact our support team, and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Made-to-Order Policy
All products are custom print-on-demand, created once your order is placed.
For that reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
Wrong size or color ordered
Change of mind
Buyer's remorse
Please double-check your size, color, and design before completing checkout.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right.
Email our support team within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once verified, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear once processed.
Exchanges
Because each item is made to order, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or color, please place a new order after your refund (if applicable) is processed.
